VoIP, or Voice-over Internet Protocol, works by transmitting analog audio signals — like the kind you hear when you talk on the telephone — into a digital signal that can be transmitted over the Internet and converted back to voice at the other end.

You have the ability to give all employees their own extensions, regardless of their geographical location because each mailbox can forward callers to any local number(s). Give callers more information via the sub-menued marketing extensions. Receive voicemail and faxes via E-mail as audio or picture attachments. The Virtual PBX voicemail system is a service that gives small/medium businesses a competitive advantage.
